How high is this thingy...

...in comparison to the highest point of the Rakkor/ Solari Village?
Are they like... the same height? So If two people had like really good eyes, and they ate a lot of carrots, could they wave to each other from 'peak' to 'peak'?

highly doubt it, seeing that targon is the highest peak in runeterra... that and this image could just be of a small slope in the middle of a canyon, so it appears taller than it actually is. (and the whole sight thing, ionia's on the complete opposite side of the world compared to targon)
