Lorewise, who would emerge triumphant in a one on one duel between the Grand Duelist and the Grandmaster at Arms? After all, the two are rivals. We all know Jax with an actual weapon would cream her (and basically anything else), but how would he fare with his trademark lamp post?
Because jax is master of all weapons, he understands how a rapier works. Meanwhile Fiora has no idea how to fight against a lamppost. Not to mention straight skill, Jax wins hands down.

Eh... i can't honestly pick one. Both are extremely skilled duellists with experience and powerful fighting styles, but we should remeber that Jax is not only master of a single form of combat. That is what might give him the edge on an hypotetical duel.
