Is there a UN in Runeterra?
I can imagine it in Piltover because it’s the most neutral ground.

Funny story about that, the Institute of War used to be a UN kind of organization, but because it was retcond out of existence there is none. besides, no action seems to have the ability to communicate with eachother like we do now.
