I think this is a belt piece? Not sure how to put it but

The teaser looks like an upgraded version of the belt piece.

Remember that Riot wanted to base off Swain's base remodel on Tyrant Swain and they even went as far to say that tyrant Swain is how he looked like when he became ruler of Noxus.

I think we might get a teaser image of one of swain ability's when Reav3 makes the champion road map again
But i cant wait too see what champion is getting reworked though

i like to think swain is either vastayan/part vastayan, beatrice is a demon he sold his soul to in exchange for power, or he sold his soul to another demon like tahm kench who in turn gave him beatrice who is the source of his power
