Predict the craziest lore change Swain will get

Since Riot is a fan of those, for the better or worse, let’s think about it in terms of Swain. What we know so far:

  1. Swain is singular minded and not controlled by Beatrice or anything else. Confirmed by a rioter in an ask.

  2. By extension this also rules out Swain as a Darkin.

  3. Swain is fighting against some greater evil that can perish all Runeterra but we don’t know what that greater evil is. It could be three possibilities: Darkin, Void, or the Mist.

  4. Swain has some sort of connection with LeBlanc but this was pretty obvious though I don’t blame the people for asking because of how the lores can change in a major way.

  5. The greatest enemy is within... This could either mean the corruption in himself (consequences of a warlock) or the corruption of the Black Rose since Black Rose stronghold is within Noxus. Now if it’s the latter then the dynamic with Swain and LeBlanc will be very very interesting.

What is uncertain:

  1. Swain as a Vastayan or having Vastayan blood. Why is it uncertain and not confirmed? I mean Rakan canonically says you were five Vastayn blood. However, a Rioter states it might not be canon and recently another one stated “do you trust rakan?” They are either playing with us or they are low key implying the line will be taken out. Still it’s not a hard debunk.

  2. Swain’s relationship with Du Couteau though they do have something planned for this as confirmed in the ask. Were they friends turned enemies or enemies from the start?

  3. Beatrice’s existence.

Please tell me if I missed something and my question is what do you think will be the craziest lore change Swain will get?

Swain was the bulkiest, most dumbest soldier guy in the Noxian army. He is always charging the front lines without thinking. One day, he meets Draven, who orders him to kill the Grand General Darkwill on a whim. Swain does no political planning what-so-ever and charges in without thinking and kills the guy. Because everyone was pretty shocked that worked, they make Swain the new Grand General just for his sheer balls and no other interesting qualities. He doesn't have to face any political opponents what so ever, and he bans tactical planning tents from all his armies because he believes all armies should charge in with no plans. He's a leader that doesn't think and is on the frontlines at literally every waking moment. Also he might be a warlock.

Also he hates birds.

Am I doing this right? Am I making a lore Riot?

Swain is actualy two women, Black and Swan. Black almost died, but Swan took her to a priest who turned her into Beatrice. Overcome with grief and realizing he is in the wrong body, Swan becomes Swain.

uhm I'd say Swain discovered vastayan blood and had vlad or some blood mage do a transfusion, he is conniving after all and plotting to receive ancient power forcefully would fit his strategist side

the craziest thing Riot will change is probably his fight against general du coteau, Swain probably will be portrayed as a servant of the du coteau, possibly the second in command as opposed to being a direct opponent who earned his place through fighting

Swain is actually an Ionian sent by Demacia to infiltrate Noxus then dethrone Ashe in the Freljord using hextech equipment in Piltover and body modification in Zaun. He is also an ascended from Shurima that has been imprisoned for a long time until he got released by the Devil himself from Bandle City.

Swain is actually an animated cadaver. He's been dead for years, but no one has noticed since Beatrice pilots him around ala Weekend at Bernie's.

Swain is actually 7 demacian spy yordles of varying genders and sexualities undercover in a trench coat posing as the leader of noxus. And beatrice is actually just a normal chicken.

Well given that they want Swain to stand at the frontlines,I'd say it is likely that the whole tactician-theme is going to get downplayed in favor of the warlock theme. Thus I think it is possible that Beatrice is a demon or something like that and Swain made a pact with her(like feeding her the souls of his opponents) in exchange for power.

Not sure about his connection to the black rose. I could imagine him actually being now an enemy of Leblanc,I mean Darius favors swain because he believes that swain will bring noxus back on the right path,but the black rose seems to support aristocrats instead(and Darius hates aristocrats). So either Swain is deceiving Darius or Leblanc(or he simply tries to find the middle ground)

I think that black rose will be the one to provide the vastayan blood...maybe leblanc's original intention was to use swain as a puppet , a pseudo general that follows her orders.However swain will try to turn the tables on her and to break free of her control and eliminate black rose ( the enemy that ''lies within'')...but this is simply his end goal as for now he plays along and deceives the deceiver..(yea somewhat ironic...)

we still have little info about black rose ...we do know that it consists of powerful mages( vlad, elise , leblanc) but thats it. nothing else...ahhhh i hope they keep some details from leblanc's judgement to me it was the most interesting of them all

I want to put my totally unbiased hat in and say that there should be something with Vladimir, given the new level of power and significance Vladimir has with the recent bio updates painting him as some hidden figure who has a blood cult around him and has been around since the beginning of Noxus. Supposedly.

It is possible that the enemy from within is actually Mordekaiser (or people trying to resurrect him/bring him back to Noxus).
The Immortal Bastion, which is the center place of Noxus Prime, was Mordekaiser's castle in the time where he was living.
If you look closely, the Noxian crest ( a helmet and an axe fused) kinda reminds of Mordekaiser's helm. It would be possible that once Mordekaiser wants to conquer the world again, he'll start with Noxus.

Swain is Le Blanc. Le Blanc is Swain. It sometimes feels femenine so those days it's Le Blanc. Sometimes it feels manlier so those days it's Swain. Sometimes it feels ravenny so it's Beatrice. Sometimes it feels red haired so it's Katarina. Sometimes it's feeling Draven, so, duh, those days it's Draven.

Sometimes it feels an urgent desire to see the world burn, so it's Teemo, aka "the evil within".

Beatrice, is actually a demon that like nocturne, Evelynn, fiddlesticks and Tahm kench feeds off the emotions of living beings and has taken physical form in order to be able to interact with other beings in order to reach it. In this case, he/she/it feeds off pain, and struggle and swain, being both crippled and a general who commands close to the battle, he provides a great host, to the point where Beatrice will fend off anything that tries to deny its source of sustenance, companionship, and a free perch.

[TLDR: Beatrice is a parasitic demon bird that is using swain to it's own benefit, that in return, gives swain magical powers such as transformation] That is my idea on swain's lore update.
