Will Shaco get updated lore?

currently the only thing about his lore is that hes a ripoff of the joker and he spends a lot of time in hot topic with his two friends and and then they rave to blood on the dance floor

with a kit like shaco's you'd expect him to be of much closer relationship to leblanc, seeing as they both revolve around misdirection and their ults are both illusions that deal a lot of damage

he could easily fit in with the black rose and even be leblancs brother given their similar abilities. hell it even says in his lore that he fits in in noxus

I completely agree. Shaco's lore is embarrassingly bad.

Once upon a time, there was an evil clown. He had no backstory.

And then all he does is giggle and make trite jokes. He's like an edgy 13-year-old's OC.

I believe that Shaco is going to receive a full rework + a VU , and then Riot will update his lore

There are three ways they can take with Shaco, aside from the nobody knows who he is lore

He is a Demon, like Tahm Kench. He either got summoned into Runeterra or came on his own accord. He kills and hurts people because he feeds off of misery and fear.
He's an eccentric assassin with a Jester gimmick. Perhaps he was a court jester who lost favour. He may have connections with the Black Rose.
He was a mental asylum patient who escaped into the Glade. Just like Lulu, he got transformed by the magic in the environment. He becomes a sadistic monster clown who sees his violence as generous joy bringing.

If he is still friends with noc it can be argued that their update will be in tandum and it has been said (yesterday?) that his (nocturn's) update is quotes awaits down the road.

Ah, but must you know his story and reasons? If so, allow me to ask: Why is a reason needed? What other reason is necessary other than his own enjoyment? Where he comes from is of no relevance. Knowing why he kills won't save you, nor dissuade him. To him, you are but an opportunity for a laugh, and that is all you need to know.
