the others is really your own preference and has no connection to anything. "epidemic singed" is like, there is not even an epidemic skin line and his classic skin could very well be "epidemic singed".
I have no idea why you would put a flashy skin like Project on Heimer. He doesn't do crap but hides in his turrets and occasionally shoots crap at you that misses most of the time. Hardly someone to waste your time with such a skinline for, not to mention he is too short that he wouldn't even look good since majority of the details would be missed and his hair would cover whatever wasn't.
What's the point of Justicar/Arclight on Zed when she Shock one is basically meant to be Zed if he was good? Kinda defeats the purpose when its already been done.
And Epidemic Singed is basically what he is already, his base skin is basically him as a mad scientist about poisons and plagues.
I will admit Blood Moon Diana, Popstar Taric, and the dodgeball Syndra skins would be pretty interesting.
