Love The Hypocrisy With This Community
There is this huge uproar about Varus and how they hate the Developers for changing him. New flash, there is another champion in this game who they did it to and it is 10x worse. At least Varus wasn't a failed VGU that removed everything about him. This is his lore and not character. Come back to me when he has his bow removed, demon pants, and role as a ADC.
The champion I am talking about is Karma. No one in this community besides the Karma mains seem to care about her. Karma had her weapons, dress, battlemage role, and now both of her lores removed. It was replaced with half arsed content that no one on the Development team is even acknowledging, but everyone seems to be super excited for this rework she is getting next year. It's not a rework at all and it is not addressing anything the Developers have actually ruined on her. It's a shield buff.
I'm not posting this to say hey . . . . your main is bad but think about mine. For years I have been saying we as a community should be joining together to champion for everyone's favorite character. Unfortunately there is such a divide about what people actually want in this game, the Development team just kind of does whatever they want. If you know what Karma and her mains have gone through to get any work done on her for years now, you will understand that we know how you Varus mains feel. Unfortunately I have zero sympathy for a community of people that never supported anyone but their own champion. There are champions who have it worse than Varus. Get in line.
