Before the Bilgewater event occured, we had hints of someone to save Bilgewater

First you'd think Miss Fortune saved Bilgewater from Gangplank. But then his "death" turns out to have just screwed over Bilgewater even more because of all the chaos. Sure Gangplank rule with an iron fist, but at least he kept order.

Perhaps the next lore entry will be Gangplank's return to sort out Bligewater?

Yeah I guess the savior that was mentioned is the person who brings back the order to Bilgewater(GP dying is most likely the "it-gets-worse-part").

It could be Miss Fortune,it could be Gangplank returning,but it could also be a new champion.
