Demacia is the next to get new lore

Reason's why? Taric and Poppy are to get a "Sion level update." Fiora has gotten a shorten bio just like some other champs. That can't be by coincidence. What ever this new project is going to bring, its going to include Demacia because those 3 champs reside in Demacia. So it's kinda safe to say that fiora will be included in this little project thats upcoming late this year or early next year. I am only deducing to this because I'm turning my attention to thsi supposed Sion level projects thats going to bring lore with it.

I would say the Harrowing but that isnt until late october. And we go Sion before that last year didn't we? This is also probably going to be tied to a new champion to come too. We haven't gotten any news on another champ, so i am suspecting this new champion is goign to be released around the same time.

Normally, I would say Demacia has enough lore for other areas to be explored. But It's just what would fit with last yeas noxus event. This year is going to a Demacia project to rival last years. Can't be coincidence.

Its ether Demacia, Noxus or Bandle City (Or a mixture between those three), Its anyones guess at which place is gonna be fleshed out first. The second tier would be Ionia and Mount Targon. The third one would be Piltover and Zaun, the rest of the factions/locations would be on a lower tier than any one of these I had mentioned.

I would say Demacia or bandle. Noxus got new lore with sio and Rek'sai. But i mean idk. Riot responded to us wanting to know more about bilgewater. A lot of people are specualting Piltover.

I dont see the Piltover part at all, despite TF and Graves saying they are going there next. Piltover was the first location that got sorta Visual Update and setting changes out of all the factions, so it will most likely be updated when Zaun is as well and besides some Ekko things, Im not sure they will do those locations any time soon.

Demacia, Noxus and Bandle City things have been hinted trough Thunderdome, Champion Updates, some media...

For a while I imagined Riot would use this Juggernaut Rework as an excuse to have a very small 'Demacia Verses Noxus' moment with some Icons but they have yet to meet that (unrealistic and idealistic) expectation.

I imagine Noxus is looking better for a Lore Event though. Unless Demacia delves into the deeper and more gritty bits of it's lore (Like how Luxanna's Judgement was seriously messed up) There's not really a lot of story to tell: Everyone's loyal to the Crown and though Quinn 'Demacia Needs Heroes' the fact is they have plenty of Champions that don't actually need much work right now (well actually they could use tweaks here and there if anything, but still)

Meanwhile, Noxus' last Champion (aside from Sion) was the Blood Brothers back in 2013 and we haven't gotten much (aside from Lore Snippets related to Sion) that really tells Noxus' story. There's also a LOT more Story to be told in Noxus, with the Reformists (Those who want to go back to the old ways of Honorable Combat and likely lead by Katarina and symbolized by Riven) against the New Regime (Who want Victory At Any Cost who are lead by Swain and symbolized by Darius and Singed) What the hell ever happened to Marcus Du Couteau, who was so important that Katarina didn't even try to vie for the spot of Grand General and instead hunted down leads on him? What do Noxians think about the Northern Pacification Campaign? The Noxian-Ionian War? Are Noxus really the Bad Guys in Noxus verses Demacia, or is there information we don't know about?

Riot's stated they wanted to do something with Targon though, I imagine that's where they'll be going next.

If Targon happens before the three I mentioned, that would be a big surprised to me to say the least. The reason why I think Noxus and Bandle City are next for the picking are because of the thunderdome event ideas, and also cause of YUP (Yordle Unification Project, aka Visual Update for Yorldes and their race, and Bandle City in that regard). Poppy, Tristana, Teemo and Even Veigar have been talked about getting new VUs, but as any lore vent it will happen a year after the one that just happened now. There is also the things you just mentioned, JOJ and some League Judgements have established a lot of what whe know about Noxus, same as Ionia, so reworking them wont be as difficult if you are working with the source material. That being said both of those nations are so influential and tied with practically every other nation that its hard to do an event centered with them that will tied in those loose ends outside their factions.

Demacia is a good choice because we dont really have as much of lore about it as we do for Noxus, at the moment, and it is suppose to be the other main faction of Runeterra. It will also be a good time to update some champions, like Fiora, or Poppy, Xin, Jarvan, Lux, Shyvanna.

Of Noxus, we got tid bits of it through Rekais lore, Bards lore, Sions lore and such, with Demacia we havent gotten anything about it. The most likely thing is that Poppy and Taric Full Relaunches will correct some of that, we just have to see how much.

So, in my opinion, based on every update, recent and a bit older, I think Bandle City, Noxus and Demacia are high on the list for next factions to be worked on, closely followed by Ionia, then one step bellow it is Targon, then a couple of steps lower is Piltover and Zaun. Im excluding Shadow Isles because that faction basically gets a option to update each year with the Harrowing event and Black Myst thing, so they could easily update that faction gradually over time.

Ionia could use a lore reboot so MasterYi Udyr Irelia and Karma can stop being so ridiculously overpowered in their lore. The way they are making it out to be, Ionia didn't even put up a fight except for these four who managed to hard carry an entire military on their back (I mean, not to mention in Old Lore even if they did eventually push back Noxus, the territories of Galrin, Navori and Shon-xan remained in Noxian hands so they can't possibly be as overpowered as they are, right?)

Seriously, chill out Old Lore, you can only have so many Hard Carries before you devalue the realistic power of an Army.

Otherwise I agree with your points, except I completely hate Demacia and hope it never gets a Lore Update unless they properly expand on the negatives of a Caste Society that Indoctrinates it's citizens and has a Monarchy with Absolute Authority.

Well I do want lore update for Demacia and Noxus, but I also want both of those factions to be more grey than "obviously light and good blue and justice" side and the "obviously dark and evil red and war" side. Heck I want all the factions to be grey, specially Piltover and Zaun, which I hope they continue to do so after the whole Ekko thing.

Grey is more complicated, and difficult to achieve, but hell of a lot more satisfying and more believable. This is why I always lean towards being a Grey Jedi and agreeing with Grey Jedi in Star Wars, rather than being super pacifistic doctrine filled Light Jedi Order, and/or the Crazy Stupid Evil Sith.

While Noxus got some new lore,it was hardly anything you could call an event.They've been just lucky to get some champs that are connected to them,while Demacia didn't get any new champs since Lucian (who has no important ties to demacia other than being born there)

wouldn't the freljord be placed in the second tier? a new braum lore would be nice. his lore is just how he got his weapon. which was a door. some lore about his childhood would be nice. also ashe and tryndamere.

They already have their initial foundation event, other factions havent even been introduced to us in the new lore.
