Voice lines On-Hit?

Hey Riot I thought you were going to have more Voice Lines on hit because we rarely get the opportunity to taunt with the enemy.

I do think their should be a balance between taunt, etc lines and on-hit lines. I'm surprised Evelynn has no on-hit lines for anybody. Riot ditched that philosophy after Kayn?

Or is this a problem with Riot teams not communicating with each other?
