Why is Ekko fighting a bunch of nameless thugs instead of the big villains of Zaun?

Only answer is Riot hates them.

I think that Riot avoided to put champions against champions in a direct confrontation, Sure, it seems that Xerath is attacking Taliyah but we dont know why or if he is really doing it (maybe he was fighting against someone else like Azir and those spells were "lost bullets"). Illaoi is not really fighting against Fortune, that is the Trial of the Kraken a weird way of "helping" her... And Thresh is not fighting agaist lucian as well, but he is the only one in the video who is actually enemy of the person who is shown (Lucian).

Also Viktor is not a "big villain" of Zaun and Blitzcrank would not fight against him, Singed would have no reasons to fight against anyone and Mundo already fought against Ekko in the Lore.

Ekko seems to have a love for fighting nameless thugs. Look at his vid + comic, seems like he be the #1 nameless thug murder fetish champion.

Actually I wanted Ekko to be fighting Urgot, but it had to be some kind of Chem turret instead

Also a feral Warwick around there adding chaos would have been interesting
