Why is Ekko fighting a bunch of nameless thugs instead of the big villains of Zaun?

Only answer is Riot hates them.

I think that Riot avoided to put champions against champions in a direct confrontation, Sure, it seems that Xerath is attacking Taliyah but we dont know why or if he is really doing it (maybe he was fighting against someone else like Azir and those spells were "lost bullets"). Illaoi is not really fighting against Fortune, that is the Trial of the Kraken a weird way of "helping" her... And Thresh is not fighting agaist lucian as well, but he is the only one in the video who is actually enemy of the person who is shown (Lucian).

Also Viktor is not a "big villain" of Zaun and Blitzcrank would not fight against him, Singed would have no reasons to fight against anyone and Mundo already fought against Ekko in the Lore.

Viktor also helped out a kid who was fearful of him in his lore. Why was the kid scared? Rumors of Viktor being a mad scientist turning everyone into monsters.

Ekko's also a teen/kid. Why wouldn't Ekko have problems with Viktor if he assumes Viktor is just like what the rumors say?

Also, Thresh and Lucy are one of the few direct enemies of each other. Just like Garen/Kat or MF/GP

But guess what? You didn't see an actual fight. You saw Lucy blasting through minions. You see him jump into the air, ready to blast holes in Thresh's face, but you did not see either character swing, duck, or trade blows with each other in full. Why? Because Riot isn't going to use a lore infused cinematic trailer to dictate who is superior in a fight. Not when the actual point of the cinematic is for season hype and not an actual lore event.

Thresh was standing there, doing nothing, they werent fighting, when Lucian reach Thresh, the video ends, there is no fight between them. Anyways they are mutual enemies, so, it makes sense for them to fight, but it wasnt shown in the video.
Sure, Ekko hates Viktor, but Viktor doesnt care about him, so, they are not mutual enemies. Also, adding Viktor would mean to remove Blitzcrank from the Video since he would take no sides. Mundo already fought against Ekko, but he doesnt hate Ekko, he wants to cure his "disease"... and Mundo also would talk alot, as he did in his lore, but the video had no voices.
