Seems like a last minute change to try and weasel out a new skin line of cyber pop champs.
The skin would be the same if it was called "Hacker" or "Cyberpop" and if it were a skin line it would be the same regardless what it was called so why not call it something less generic than "hacker"? [sg-lux-2]

hacker is too simplistic title probably was placeholder, they should have called her Phantom Thief but copyright
