my theory is that it's someone who worked alongside Vi and/or Jinx I mean it looks like graffiti art like with Jinx's teaser on forums and in her music video.

If you look at the filename of the weird pattern, its name is "breadcrumbs" which while could be an allusion to feeding, does go pretty well with that "fake" leak last week that the next champion would be a bird.
Yeah I chalked it up to April Fools, cause get it that board section is ALWAYS a joke so now its all messed up, like a subtle ref for those that actually come to the boards anyways
