Honestly I don't think so, but I hope Aurelion at least references Shyvana's original lore since he's a celestial dragon like her father was before her lore got changed.

shyv lore is too far outdated to make such connections i think. but with riot anything is possible

Only her very first role mentions her father as a Celestial Dragon, and its never been brought up since in all the other changes, so I'm guessing that it's not really canon for her anymore.
Celestial does not necessarily mean beyond the atmosphere and extra-terrestrial.
It can just mean that it habits the sky.
Even if he was... how did he do it with a human?
