Kayle is a mess

I think Kayle is a mess design wise. Her art makes her look like a very cool armored angel with a badass sword but that doesn't translate into the game even a bit. Her kit is a messy remnant of her original support nature. She has a boring targeted blob of orange energy, a heal that adds nothing but annoyance that you have to use for speed and a ranged AA modifier that has dated particle and makes you wonder why she even needs such a huge sword and so much armor if she hardly uses it. She needs a complete rework her current play style clashes with her visual design and seems like no one bothered to actually put some work into this champion.

The e is a bit arche-angel like in that her sword starts to burn and she shoots flames with it,I think it fits her pretty well.

But yeah the other regular skills are kinda outdated

I think her W could also change a bit,I mean the healing is really rather weak and burns out your mana extremely fast if you use it too often. It is fitting for an angel to have a healing move,but it simply doesn't feel that good if you don't heal very much at the cost of a lot of your mana.

her w heal is only weak early/if you have little or no ap. otherwise, its pretty good. that combined with it being able to heal an ally and give ms boost, I think its definitely mana efficient. if it cost less mana it would be crazy op because you could just spam it all day

she doesn't need a complete VU, and certainly not more than many other champions do. Besides, her heal first off is a lot more than a retarded ability, its heal can help you survive a lot as well as the ms boost. the reason she has the sword and all the armor is because shes a warrior. this isn't one of those MMORPG games where female warrior just means armor covering their nipples.

besides, who would be dumb enough to rework an entire champ so it fits their artwork more?

Exactly she is supposed to be a warrior but instead she has this boring kit that would be a better fit for a support champion. There is nothing exciting about her Q or her heal, both boring straightforward abilities. Both could get replaced and no one would miss them or care. She is one of those outdated original champions.

oh no, a lot of people would miss them and a lot of people would care. those 2 abilities give her really high sustain, good escapes, and great kiting. and honestly, her kit isn't better for a support, that's just a viable option. a good kayle can carry a game in damage with no trouble at all. as for what you said about them being boring and straightforward, shes a 450 champ. theyre meant to be simple so theyre easier to grasp for the new players, hence being so cheap.
