@Riot Lore team. How will Shyvana's lore be changed?

With the retcon resetting everything on Runeterra, how will you guys, (and girls) use the oppertunity to flesh out Shyvana's lore? The current lore is rather simple and leaves a lot of questions about her.

This is her current lore.

A half-breed born from the union between dragon and human, Shyvana searched all her life for belonging. Persecution forged her into a brutal warrior, and those who dare stand against Shyvana face the fiery beast lurking just beneath her skin.

Dragonkind considered Shyvana's impure blood an abomination, and she spent her youth pursued relentlessly by one cruel drake. Constantly on the run, she and her father, an outcast dragon, never knew a lasting home. A brutal reflection of countless battles, Shyvana grew hateful and savage. After years of strife, her father finally fell to the other dragon, but not before gravely wounding his foe. Furious with grief, Shyvana pursued her father's murderer as he fled north to recover. There she encountered a group of humans on the trail of the same drake. Though the men looked upon her in fear, their leader approached Shyvana peacefully. He introduced himself as Jarvan IV, the Prince of Demacia, and offered to aid Shyvana in her quest for vengeance. Together they hunted down and confronted the vicious dragon that had slain her father. Shyvana did not expect the men to survive, but in the clash of fire and steel, Jarvan and his men fought with strength she had never believed humans to possess. The ironclad warriors drove their foe into submission, and Shyvana struck the final blow, tearing the beast's heart from its body. Inspired by her ferocity, Jarvan offered her a place in the ranks of his elite guard. Shyvana could still see fear in the eyes of his men, but she longed for a true home. Trusting Jarvan's word, she accepted his offer and now serves as a Demacian warrior. Though her human allies admire her power, they keep their distance. Shyvana strives to repay the prince's kindness with the power of the dragon within, but she cannot help but wonder if the humans are right to fear her.

When reading this I find that I want to learn more about her. Such as who was her mother? What happened to her mother? What was her father's name? Who crafted her weapons? What does she do when she is on leave? Does she simply hide away in her home, afraid of how the people of Demacia will act when they see her? Will her hateful and savage heart ever soften enough to one day find love?

There is just so much I want to learn of my favorite champion!

The retcon didn't reset everything. Shyvanas lore functions pretty much the same even without the league,so there is no real reason assume that anything actually changed about her. Sure she will probably get a different lore eventually,but that doesn't mean that her old lore will be retconned out of existence.

Now to be on topic here: I'd like to know a bit more about runeterras dragons. We know that braum fought against one in the freljord,but we don't know about the other dragons. Are all dragons able to transform into humans like shyvanas dad?Are they all sentient?What about the SR-dragon?Where do they live?How do they usually interact with humans?Etc.

I think with shyvana they could go a bit more into the outsider route.You know someone like shyvana will probably have a hard time to be accepted and I hope that they'll make this a bit clearer,because it is one of the few points where noxus might actually be better than demacia in that even though they are kinda racist and xenophob,they do accept those who have proven themselves.

I feel like there's a dissonance between the title and the content of this post, and that confused me coming in to this, but regardless on to discussion!

Shyvana's likely to get fleshed out much more. The struggle to find one's place in a community that they're almost an outcast in is really compelling and relatable to many people, so I imagine when the time comes around we'll see Shyvana grow and develop.

Personally I'd love to see how she interacts with Galio and Sion, for different reasons. Galio's kinda like her in a way; he's not like other Demacians, he's lost as much as Shyvana has in his life, and he's trying to find his way in the world, but unlike Shyvana he knows exactly who he is; he's a guardian, created to protect. He isn't human, he never has been nor will he ever be, but that's not what he strives for. Shyvana on the other hand is conflicted in who she is, being a half breed. I feel like Galio would be a great aid for Shyvana, almost like the uncle she never had; a figure who knows her, and can be open and honest about things with her.

Sion and Shyvana are kind the same beast for their respective nations; they're both immensely powerful, monstrous individuals, and when put in to battle are pretty much war-machines. It's one of those things where it could make Shyvana question herself even more; is she some murderous dragon meant for destroying stuff, or is she more than that? All questions that she'll have to answer.

So yeah, lots of potential with Shyvana!
