I too was expected a more say artistic skin, but this skin is good he uses a gun so it not a huge leap as far skins got, and the relaod animation and sound is so satisfing. And beside we might get some theater skins down the road with a awesome shares splash

Honestly it fits him quite good. I mean seriously we didn't have a high noon skin for a gun user.
Also he wears a poncho an a mask,thus the bandana also fits really nice.
his ult sound is awesome tho
he looks like a chili pepper with arms.
I actually like it. Reminds me of that way-too-short-screentime sniper from the Trigun Anime
He already has a lot of Phantom of the Opera elements on his base model; making a skin with that thematic as his launch skin would be somewhat redundant.
