Just a question about the baddie in the new Ekko video...

Is that Professor Stanwick Piddly? The guy who stole credit for building Blitzcrank and revived Urgot? It looks quite a bit like Urgot's green stuff on him, but not at all like Viktors. So I assume Stanwick modified it a bit to revive Urgot, and had to use it on himself as well.

Edit: Also, what is this guys motive? I assume he's after Ekko's technology, which to me would imply he's smart. Like a Professor or something.
