They're not drama oriented They never inconvenience anyone And when a skin is released they all jump to do amazing art work super fast, and it's bewildering to see them do amazing drawings in less than an hour.

I think this has been mentioned, but riot usually hires outside art talent and have them do splashes. But you're right, they are fantastic.
From what I've heard, in the old splash art spotlight thingys. Those splash arts actually took HOURS to draw. Probably even more than 10.
