I get it's a joke, but it'd be really cute if we could get skins that legitimately look like Champions in make-shift budget costumes.
I thought it's Yorick wearing Ahri's clothes.
Jokes aside I feel like a horror themed Ahri skin would be cool. Tails are living snakes, her whiskers are gaps in her skin from which vile liquid spills from, stuff like that.
For a Harrowing four years from now perhaps.

its my theory that there is an ahri enthusiast on the skins team who has already made a shit ton of ahri skins just in their free time. however, riot doesnt want to feel like there is favoritism toward ahri so instead of releasing all of them at once they do 1 per year

Good idea! IMO all sexy champs (like ahri) get always a sexy skin (with cleavage at best) - I think there should be more funny and ugly skins for them, but wait! than all revealing, slutty cosplayers wouldn't touch them :O
