You aren't wrong that Veigar needs a VU, but then again there is no shortage of champions that do need a VU.
He needs to be the true space powered mage.
Dude to be honest they won't update him till like everyone makes a big deal out of it most players dont complain and just play him without seeing how disgusting he looks

I agree! Yet...A lot of others are in need of VUs.
He needs a VU but i highly doubt he will get it anytime soon considering that he has a legendary skin... hopefully i'm wrong.
Reasonably sure he got a minor one within the last year. Additionally I'm pretty sure that's how he's intended to look to some extent.
