I'd say Targon should get some more champions before it gets an event,it has currently only 3 champions and all 3 represent different groups.

What if Taric gets ret-conned to be from Mount Targon? Shield and hammer might sound like Rakkor's Relic weapons. Not really sure about all the gems thing though.
