Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against fan artist. I love everything they make and am very envious of them as I can't draw well with a pencil. and riot appreciating them is a really admirable thing to do. But does it not feel like a cop out
They're temporary until proper splashes are made. Temporary's a vague term, but yesh.
They aren't. They were originally the chinese splash arts(and the chinese ones had very often a more anime-like style) and when riot unified the splash arts they chose the chinese ones over the others.
She will eventually get her splash arts updated to modern standards(Pax sivir got already a new splash),but the next skin splash update will go to
