Just curious if we'll have any big birds you can saddle up on that go "Wark!" or "Kweh!" or something like that.

In terms of a chocobo like creature that can be ridden; sod if I know. In terms of a creature with as much appeal and renown as the chocobo:

Honestly, the Poro is probably the animal mascot equivalent for this game. Who knows though, maybe they'll introduce some more of the wildlife.
