Even though I know Riot Games hates this champion, I unjokingly check the PBE every day in the hopes she will receive a new skin despite the full confirmed leaks for the year. I want to believe if they can pull Chemtech Tryndamere out of their ass, there is still hope. But I just keep getting more and more depressed when the list continues to prove it is 100% legitimate and the surprise skins are always for someone else.
Those "full confirmed leaks for the year" are not the only skins that'll come out this year.
I mean seriously,think about it. The only skins from the leak that are left are star guardian and omegasquad(the leak with the pool party&project skins was confirmed to be fake) That are 2 patches....and the year will get more than 2 patches.....
And like you already pointed out,the leak didn't predict Chemtech 
or Conqueror 
,so there is always the possibility that someone else gets a skin anyway
Also Soraka got 4 new skins in the last 4 years and has 7 skins in total,thats easily above average.
Order of the Lotus Soraka pls or Doctor Soraka.
