Is Nidalee just going to remain LoL's female version of Tarzan?

Nidalee's not one of my favorites, but she definitely has room for a new story (and maybe new VO work). I mean, a girl who got stranded in the jungle and raised by animals? Boooooring.

Please say you'll rework her to be part of some new faction that's based in the jungles. I'd personally love a faction that's reminiscent of Tatalia from HOMM3.

After all, if she's not part of some human society, why would she ever wear clothing or furs?

I dont remember the part of Tarzan where he turns himself into a cat... maybe is in the second movie?

Well to be fair,thats not really the outstanding part about Nidalee. I mean "woman who can turn into an animal" is kinda covered by Elise as well.

Nidalee is one of my favorite characters. I love the idea of a female Tarzan, and the fact she turns into a sabretooth tiger makes her even cooler. What I don't like about her is all the gratuitous sexual innuendo, such as the poledancing and the mating season comment.

Technically yes, but she doesn't stand out well in the transformation thematic (Elise kinda does it better) or the primal aspect (Rengar and Gnar could probably pull that off better).

From my understanding, she's supposed to be a guardian of nature. League's Druid (though Ivern does that waaay better than she ever could).

I'd say that her being Leagues Tarzan is pretty much her thing indeed,because as you mentioned,all other aspects of her are done better by other champions.

However that doesn't mean that she can't play out this role in an interesting or unique way.
