Can we expect his rework to ship with the next harrowing?

HIGHLY unlikely to be prepped for Harrowing. 2017's a better estimate.
It's a potential, and depends on how far along he is in development. Given that they've been tinkering with ideas for over a year (judging by Riot devs posts from time to time), I could only hope they've at least settled in on a kit design and are well past brainstorming and deep into art and programming.
LOL Malicious Metal, that's how everyone has felt about him, but it's likely they might actually get to him this time.
I'm quite sure it will be out this year. Considering last I heard Taric was already quite far in production to be expected in the first half of the year and Yorick is also in his initial stages, Harrowing is a safe bet. Those two will be the major reworks this year and I am quite certain that at least one of the champions in the mage rework will receive a Shen size VU as well.
It would be nice if they managed to time it with the harrowing,but I wouldn't expect it,since there can always be some problems during development.
Considering Harrowing isn't tied to Halloween, I'm sure they can make it happen.
"The Champion Update team has grown much larger since the Sion Rework. It's worth mentioning that Tristana/GP were technically full VGU's (New model/vo/anims/gameplay.) Although Trist/GP didn't need as much work on there core themes and gameplay as Sion/Poppy did, they were still very similar is scope/time.
While Yorick is currently planned for sometime after the "mid-year" mage update, barring some huge catastrophe, he should be released before 2017."
I got PTSD from the last Harrowing, the event was so underwhelming, expect for the Lore updates of course.
That'd be a great time. His relaunch coinciding with the Harrowing is perfect for him.
