Star Guardian teaser has Taric right?

They specifically said skins come out when finished unless part of a set. They do not hold back skins for popularity etc. Read the QA from the skin team.

That is not at all what I said. You might want to read a bit more yourself. I said, unless it's a popular champion they rarely get multiple skins a year. Ahri for one is a good example of this as having received one skin in January of 2015 and another one in August of 2015. Which also shows a time period of 7 months between skins, so they have a good length between them as well. Where as Taric, just got a skin 2 months ago, so it is highly unlikely we will see another one this soon.

Most champions normally receive one skin a year. When a skin is made for a champion they are placed in a timed area where they will likely get one at a much later date, the only skins that do not count towards the champion receiving a skin are the E-sports & Rewards skins (Victorious, Championship, World Teams, ect). But once a champion has received a skin, they are unlikely to receive another one in a short amount of time unless they fit the thematic that is being worked on.

Plus, when skins are part of a set the sets don't always get finished at the same time and are thus held back in parts. Proof of that is: Ironside Malphite who was released Oct 08th 2015, where as the rest of the set Corsair Quinn, Sea Hunter Aatrox and Rogue Admiral Garen were released earlier in the year on July 24th 2015.
