I assume there's no plan to have Janna wear any real clothes in any sort of future VGU

I like janna's outfit. Its easy to cosplay. White bra and panties+Toilet paper.
She's a spirit of the wind, being mostly "exposed" to the air seems to fit the character.
And Earth spirit would probably wear bulkier clothing/armor and be more of a protector via physical presence (in my opinion)
I suppose you could even make the argument that no type of elemental spirit would have any use for clothing, but I generally like Janna's design, it's very "air-y"
Might as well make her a semi-humanoid elemental kinda thing. Tbh I wouldn't mind.
Depends on her re-work personality, a thing most earlier champs don't really have much of. They have broad archetypes, but thats it.
Since she's not really much of anything (in-game) they don't really have to dress her up in much of anything. Same with Eveylnn, miss fortune, morgana, ect.
Modern female champions are clearly putting more clothes on, which are used to better illuminate their personalities. Even Jinx, who doesn't wear much of anything, actually exhibits her spontaneous not-really-thinking-hard-about-anything personality. Paired with a scrawny, lithe physique (as opposed to a more typical voluptuousness) so that the small bit of fabric hiding her ladies don't come off as skimpy for skimpyness sake.
So if Janna goes through the modern update team, her costume is of course going to get pressed the question "what does this say about her?" Unless they create an answer where there currently isn't one, expect to see her with a new attire.
I think making her look like a nun wouldn't do Justice to her current design, nor the natural beauty and lightness you would expect from a wind spirit. I don't think she would want to be all bulky and restrained. I wish they would do away with the metal bikini in exchange for some sort of flowy fabric though, as I think it's apparent that what she's wearing is supposed to be armor. Very impractical armor. I'd set the goal for elegant and breathtaking. I'm done sounding pretentious now.

Just buy her legendary, bro. There she may wears some sort of big cleavage and short business-skirt, but at least more clothes (for u) and... glasses! =)

No there's no plan to because there's no need to. It's perfectly fine as it is without making her straight up an ethereal spirit.
