A little disappointed that SG Jinx has no "Flat is justice!" lines

You'd think that with all the anime tropes she's already exuding, she'd also get the "Petite Pride" trope. Unfortunately, Riot seems to not like breast joke lines unless they come from Miss Fortune. :(

The thing is that MF kind of cares about her femininity while Jinx does not care at all about it.

Doesn't mean Jinx couldn't say something like "You must have a SERIOUSLY sore back" to MF.

Besides, SG Jinx's personality differs in some ways compared to regular Jinx. She MIGHT care a bit more about her bust size (probably not, but still possible).
