Is Leblanc linked to Pre-Noxus and Mordekaiser?

One thing I just realized was that since Morde is proto-noxian and that the Black Rose and Leblanc and the Black Rose has existed form a time before the foundation of modern Noxus. I am wondering if she may or may not have been alive of when Mordekaiser ruled the Immortal Bastion and if she has some ties with him as she and Elise are allies and Elise is affiliated with the Shadow Isles. because right now Morde has his eyes on his old home and Noxus is build around it, so the question is, Is Elise an Ambassador, a spy or a loosely affiliated member of the Black Rose, because future events may involve a war between the two factions as the Harrowing may come to Noxus.

Also Leblanc has always been very secretive and her alliances may either be to herself and the Black Rose, to Swain or even worse, Mordekaiser himself, so all of this is food for thought.

LeBlanc is actually the title of the matron of the Black Rose, and is passed down

Also I think that Noxus might end up in a civil war if they not enforcing their motto, "Forever strong!". Darkwill and the nobility are magic users and they don't really display strength. most of them are scheming assholes that love debauchery and hedonism and let the rest of the people suffer for it. And the Black Rose don't seem that big on their nations Idea, Darius is the living embodiment of that motto and Swain himself is a tough guy for not giving a damn about an exposed fracture as a child. so maybe I am thinking that the two are the reason the BR is getting back. they are leeching of the badassery of the two and just using them for it.

Darius willing to do good for noxus but Swain is a tricky one. Maybe he also wants to do good for noxus as well or is he could be a power hungry general? But seeing that Darius is still with him. I think the two got a plan for the Black Rose should bad blood ever happen between him and LB. But what is scary is if the black rose is aligned with the shadow isle, thinks are gonna be messy.

Another worry is actually Riven. She is more or less wondering Runeterra to create a new idea of Noxus so if she quits being a loner and inspire people shit could go really bad for them.

And lastly Katarina and Cassiopeia are both the last thorn in their side as they are still looking for their father's whereabouts and if they find out the truth, that could also lead to an insurrection.
