All these skin choices but why not program illaoi?
She's not going to get another skin for a long time? why not make it flashy, similar to program camille/lissandra/soraka

Honestly I find the Program skins universally ugly, so no idea why you'd want Illaoi saddled with an ugly skin unless you hate the champ.
I love the program skins so yeah.. good idea
