Anivia Dear god Anivia's splashes look horrendous. Seriously. http://leaguecraft.com/lol-splash-art/download/292/ How is this even allowed in this game.

Amumu http://www.leaguesplash.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/Sad-Robot-Amumu.jpg Oh my. Thats awful.

Akali http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/a/a6/Akali_StingerSkin.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20160407191245 Nothing about this splash makes me want to buy this skin.

Maybe take it a letter at a time...? All three of these start with A.

Brand Cassiopeia Evelynn Ezreal Fiddlesticks Fizz Heimerdinger Katarina

Kennen http://www.leaguesplash.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/ArcticOpsKennen.jpg

And for the love of god, give Kennen some love.

Evelynn: She's getting her rework after Urgot.

Akali Amumu Fiddlesticks Kennen: They're getting eventual full VGUs (they're Tier 1).

Anivia Ezreal: Might need a standard Ryze-level VGU.

Brand Heimerdinger Cassiopeia Katarina: Perhaps they might need some new splash arts.

Fizz: Nothing's wrong with his splash arts.

I don't give a crap if they are gettin VGUs "eventually". At this rate it will be YEARS before a majority of these champs get touched from a visual standpoint.

Also. youre saying that this splash isnt the tiniest bit outdated? http://leaguecraft.com/lol-splash-art/download/1122/

Actually I think it wasn't confirmed that Amumu and Kennen are among the Tier1-candidates. They are definetly Tier2 though.

Heimerdinger is on the list for skin splash updates

I actually quite like that Amumu splash. I don't think it looks half as bad as the other splashes in the OP.

these champions need visual updates anyway (Anivia, Amumu, Akali, Kennen)

All of the ones you mentioned need Visual Updates anyway, so why waste time on champs that are need Visual Updates beforehand.

Except Katarina, she is the least needed champion of this list to get updated splash arts.
