Am I the only one that wants more Troll lore?

Trolls are one of, if not my favourite race in the entirety of League, perhaps in all of mythology.

Yeah they might be stupid, yeah they might smell worse than an aged cheese, but they are big, strong, hulking brutes of sheer power, and who in their right mind would say no to that?

Trundle is the character I have the most mastery score on, and my second most played character in Ranked.

One of my very first posts on the boards was one regarding Trolls, and how big they actually were, because until the Olaf vs. Everything comic came out, we had never seen a size comparison between a Troll and a human, side by side.

And yet, it makes me sad that we know so, so little about both Trundle, as well as the rest of his kind.

Most of the time, Trolls are just used as generic villains and punching bags for other champions and characters in the lore.

Vayne kills Trolls, Sejuani brags about killing Trolls,

I mean, Trundle is barely even a character on his own, his only function in the lore is for him and his goons to be walking boytoys for Lissandra so she had at least some allies, and they're barely allies at best.

And, I just can't help but feel that TROLLS NEED TO RISE UP.

Months back, when Lissandra got her lore updated, I had hoped we would get at least something new about Trundle, but he's still suffering in the depths of outdated lore.

And now, with Freljord champions like Sejuani and Udyr getting updated, and short stories like Silence for the Damned, I hope some light will be shed on our beloved Troll King, who's otherwise shrouded in the darkness of the dank caves of his kind.

Here are some questions that I hope will hopefully be answered at some point in the future:

1. How many different kinds of Trolls are there, and where can they be found? Currently, we have Frost Trolls in Freljord, and the recently revealed Sand Trolls in Shurima, but are there others? What about the Troll species that Trundle is depicted as in his Traditional skin? Do they exist?

2. How does Troll society function? What is the daily life of a Troll? Obviously we know that for Frost Trolls, it's a tribe system with a single chieftain that rules over the other Trolls within the tribe, but other than that, we know next to nothing. Is Troll society different from species to species? Which brings me to my next question.

3. Sand Trolls? Could we perhaps get some more information on these big boys?

4. Female Trolls? Maybe that is a question best left unanswered.

5. Will Trundle keep serving Lissandra? Is a betrayal inevitable?

6. Why did Ryze visit Trundle? Is (or was) Trundle in possession of a World Rune?

7. Who is (was) Warmog? Is he still a Troll in the new lore?

This is all I have for now, but I do hope some of these will be addressed soon enough, as I feel Trolls are often discarded as mere goons for our to-be-heroes to slay.
