Why is there currently no multi-armed Champion? (Viktor doesn't count)

When looking at the roster, I notice there's nothing that could reference the Shokan from Mortal Kombat, or perhaps certain gods from Hinduism. Namely, having multiple arms with which to wield multiple weapons.

Too generic, or not worth a Champion?

Yeah noticed this too. I guess the problem is that its on the one hand difficult to animate,on the other hand they might just not find the right character type for such a champ.

I mean just having multiple arms isn't gonna make the champion stand out,so there has to be a bit more than that.
