Should Jarvan IV become king?

Either through his father’s retirement or death. But I think if he stays Prince there are still some potential storylines such as he might be at odds with his father and his father is a traditional demacian and J4 is more lenient with magic users. Or perhaps if Jarvan III is more of a sit back kind of guy he might think that Jarvan IV throwing himself into the battles frontline is foolish and suicidal and that as a royal he is degrading himself. If he becomes king well there is A LOT of story potential there.

But another question is would it even be possible for Jarvan to be king? What is the Riot stand on moving the lore forward?
