Her Kit is amazing, and I adore it, and I don't mean to come off as nit-picky, but Zoe's Personality is extremely frustrating. I literally feel like a 10 yr old watching a disney show when I watch that teaser. TBH I don't think It's too late to give her new voice lines, maybe ones that fit into the game
Just because she isn't an emo edgelord doesn't mean she's not a good character. I'm personally tired of Yasuo/Zed/Kayn, so having someone cute and peppy is fantastic. If you don't like her, don't play her.

This is ridiculous. Her voice lines are great- and FYI: voice lines aren’t easily created; they take FOREVER to have the script written, spoken, filtered through, redone and changed.
Huh, she’s bubbly bouncy and annoyingly hyperactive. That matches her kit fairly well to me, with maybe the exception of making people fall asleep. That doesn’t sound like anything a hyperactive preteen would do.
I am curious what you think fits into the game and what doesn’t.
As far as I can tell LoL doesn’t have any consistent tone. It’s more a grab bag of personalities and settings that don’t really mesh together but we all roll with anyway.
If anything Annie reminds me more of a disney character than Zoe.
Not every champion has to be dark and brooding.
