Would be a cool gamemode where you had to vote on which kingdom you wanted and then you had to choose a champ from there.

I'd say Lux vs Draven would make more sense,I mean darius is basically the noxian counterpart to garen,so it would make sense if their siblings face off against each other(and lucian doesn't seem to work for demacia at all).

And well garen could also face off against Katarina or Urgot (though I think kata vs fiora would also fit a lot,especially since riven doesn't work for noxus anymore)

Poppy vs Veigar is a better match up I believe.

At least thematically.

Thinking about it Demica has 9 champs Fiora Galio Garen JarvanIV Lux Poppy Quinn Shyvana XinZhao or who at least fights under their standard while Noxus has 10 champions Urgot Darius Draven Katarina Leblanc Sion Swain Talon Vladimir Riven give or take

Actually, Lucian is from Demacia, but it is not his faction, properly speaking.
