Is the Noxus crest, and by extension Dark Seal, based off Mordekaiser's helmet?
It would be oddly fitting for the uprising Empire to be inspired by the unholy revenant who conquered almost all of known runeterra. Their capital Noxus Prime being Mordekaiser's old Immortal Bastion is just icing on the cake.
I don't know, but I honestly feel Mordekaiser could be great as the missing link between the Shadow Isles and Noxus once he get his VGU as his influence is still felt overseas on mainland Valoran while he's plotting on the Ex Blessed Isles.
Truly one Ring to rule them all.
