Was "Black Scourge Singed" Singed's final skin?

For a relatively unpopular champion he already has a bunch. And I doubt he will get reworked. Given how balanced he is.

He is confirmed for a rework due to an unhealthy kit. I just wonder when he'll get a skin if at all again.

Where did you read that? He is certainly not among the top VGU-candidates.

He was mentioned as a candidate before the Yorick VGU was completed. He was actually one of seven mentioned, so it was a little surprising to see him completely fall off the list when it was revised recently.

In that post he says that Singed is a highly requested champ for a VGU,that doesn't mean that they plan to update him

It could easily have been interpreted as such, considering nobody will argue the other six on the list as champions without any plans for VGU.

He also stated that they tend to look at trends over time, so if Singed consistently hit the top ten in these polls, he would be considered for a VGU. I think we can safely say that has not happened yet, hence why he was not mentioned in the revised VGU list.

The thing is that Reav3 listed the top-tier-VGU candidates already(as I mentioned in my post above) and despite Singed being so much requested,he isn't among them. And like you said,they look at trends over time and there is nothing that specifies that Singed is always so high among the top-requests.

Also Singed is the only characters out of those who got already a VU(even if it was just a model update),so it makes sense that they might only give him a gameplay update instead of a full VGU,but we don't know when that'll be,especially since Singed is considered a "specialist",meaning there might not be a fitting class-update for him(he could be part of the tank-update,but that is going to focus on vanguards,so it is questionable if non vanguard-tanks like Singed will be included in it)

Singed has no Champion Update in the works. He's not even on the "Tier 1" VGUs list either.

Anyways, as of now, there's no such thing as a "final skin" for a champion. Every champion will get a new skin at some point.

He already had his model VU, and they're trying to maintain his current playstyle. I doubt he's getting any gameplay updates in the forseeable future.
