The next Freljord champion I would like to see is an Ursine, with Volibear being a Demi-god of War and Thunder in the revamped lore, an Ursine champion would no longer be a carbon copy of Volibear, without powers. Of course this doesn't solve your problem about Lissandra's lack of followers. The problem stems from the fact that there is not much as for why someone would want join her ranks/ cause. Trundle was about to be murdered and in a moment of ingenuity he promises her the backing of the ice trolls for his life, otherwise she would have zero allies to date.

I say the next champ from the Freljord (not including any VGUs) should be a Frozen Watcher.

I'm not sure who you refer to. Anivia does guide Ashe in some ways, as they both seek to stop the push of Lissandra and her corruption of the True Ice, but her allies are a little dodgy, as she's got Tryndamere (kinda) and maybe Nunu. Sejuani has Olaf as a member of her tribe. But Braum, Volibear, and Ornn are free agents, so there's not really any one power on Freljord that has an edge in terms of champs at the moment.

Well... Sejuani sees Ashe as enemy... does that count as evil?
