The "Blitzcrank’s Fleshling Compatibility Services" is... CANON?

Hello, i know about the Retcon, deletion of the summoners, deletion of the league and deletion of the JoJ... and all that... but recently, playing in the LAN/LAS server i got this message:

which roughly translates to:

"Did you know that: Blitzcrank runs a dating service called "Blitzcrank’s Fleshling Compatibility Services""

A normal player from LAN/LAS would have no idea what does it mean, but i, who cares about lore, know the story behind the message: The Journal of Justice Issue 17. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/The_Journal_of_Justice:_Volume_1,_Issue_17

So... what?

This "Loading message" was put recently in the client, which means that Blitzcrank still having the "Fleshling Compatibility Services" even AFTER the retcon.

So... maybe other parts of the JoJ are still canon... without counting the summoners involved.
