If Jhin did, in fact, infiltrate Piltover/Zaun and did his contract how would camille handle this? She seems to be the batman of Piltover albeit a immoral one, so when face with something horrifying as jhins artwork....how do you think camille would handle that?
She would likely wind up killing Jhin as soon as she found him. And I doubt his artwork would really phase her at all considering she's been killing people for a living for like 60 years. I also doubt she would get involved in stopping him unless Jhin's art started to affect her house.
I feel like it depends on who it affects. If she or her house isn't affected by it, I don't see why she would.

Depends who he killed. If he was killing commoners unrelated to her assets then she'd probably ignore him and it would fall on the Sheriffs of Piltover. Even if He killed just a single upper clan member of another clan, as long as there wasn't any pattern indicating danger to her own assets then she may still leave the majority of the work to the Sheriffs of Piltover. However I imagine if she felt that the murderer was a threat to her clan or its assets then she would hunt him down.
You have to remember that Camille isn't a hero, and while she wouldn't be happy about a sociopath in Piltover she doesn't have time to check out every single bump in the night. She's a very busy woman.

Probably leave him be unless he somehow treathens Piltover houses ( mostly her own ) or crosses him in a dark alley.
In that case, just kill him. Not sure she would even be fazed by his words.
