What about Twitch and Singed?
Singed seems pretty important to Zaun's lore, so I'm surprised he doesn't have an extended bio yet.
Twitch also seems to have been skipped over completely.

A rioter already commented on this. They said it was impossible to reach the deadline AND focus on the characters with major updates needed. Twitch doesn't even have barebones lore, so it's harder to make him part of an event, and singed is too important to ionia to update right now, although they did say they'd be updating it in the near future.
