That would be a pretty good guess I would imagine.

In general I think Shaco would be the kind of person hired by people who are confident they can defend themselves should he turn upon them, but who also dont want to get directly involved with whatever gruesome thing they need done.

So someone like the Black Rose, skulking in the shadows and unwilling to reveal what influence they have or their hands in events, but powerful nonetheless and certainly capable of defending themselves should it come to that.

On the other hand, would Shaco even care to be hired? Maybe he just does what he does because he wants, not because someone pays him for it. And even when he would be offered something he´ll likely dont care.

In my Eyes Shaco is pretty much a League Joker. And i love that.

At this point it wouldn't surprise me if Shaco was a literal demon who can be summoned by someone to kill a certain person.

The one who summons him would of course pay some kind of price similar to the ones who make a pact with tahm kench.

When they do expand Shaco's lore, I suspect a "noodle incident" was involved, ensuring that Shaco would never get accepted as a member due to his uncontrollable nature.
