She's still got the licorice hair, her chest could be a tad more... bouncy, etc. But Riot's said that after the last TR, there won't be anymore.
So what's the situation with MF? Can't tell us?
They probably thought her textures were decent enough that she didn't need a rebalance.
She's probably up for a model update and some animation tweaks, but she's also probably very far down the priority list.
