He's not with Ziggs and Heimer in Piltover Of all the Yordles he looks the least like a Yordle. He wasn't part of the Piltover/Zaun Update despite having a copter.

Where does he fit in the lore now?

I wish they would give him a visual update... He doesn't look like a yordle at all, too human.
