@Riot is Jax gonna get a skin ?

or are we gonna wait for him to get a VU and then we might get a skin?. I mean hes one of the worst looking champs in the game right now (down there with udyr and pantheon). and hes not on the short list of champs that will get a rework or an update. I feel like a skin for jax would be similar to radiant wukong. I don't mean radiant jax but something like it in terms of art style. I mean he looks like a bunch of purple rags glued together. for example the old shen did look dated. and even though he wasn't going to get a VU officially. he did get a mini VU and i think hes on point with that ninja look now. even something like that would be great for jax

and one question. what would happen if he had a real weapon?

Jax actually just recently received a skin - Warden Jax

He is still eligible for another skin in the future. He's not in the same bucket as Taric, where, he's needing an update before we're able to work on a skin for him.

I started playing this game November 2013. My top 3 favorite champions are Yorick Urgot Viktor

I have never experienced what it is like to see a new skin for any of these champions. You should be happy.

Creator was in the month of October. So I missed it by a sliver.

I kinda wished they would make a Warden Yorick skin. He would be in a suit of armour so we could all say, "Look, Shovel Knight!" and it could be a 750 skin this way Riot wouldn't have to worry about the ghouls and other stuff like that as Katey has mentioned earlier-look at me waxing hopeful.

As for Viktor, I presume they will give him an Arcade skin. The arcade line needs a mid lanner and his particles would be perfect. As far as villains being a part of the arcade line, behold Hecarim . Viktor is not the villain but he whom shan't be mentioned is one. If they could make it an 1820 skin so you would have two 1820 skins in the mid lane battling it out, even better Viktor Veigar . I couldn't imagine why Mr. Thomas wouldn't want to do the Russian metal man again.

There's even a video on youtube done by Falconshield purporting this notion.

Honestly jax has already 9 skins,that means he is currently one of the champions with the most skins(annie will soon surpass that,since her 10th skin will be released with the hextech-crafting-system),he really isn't in need for more at the moment.
