The second i saw the teaser i thought it was a yordle rengar, now looking at his weapons, its like they took a bunch of champs and threw em in a blender, he looks like and , he has a melee weapon similar to 
and his gun is like 
, although i love his ult, and the mount with its own health is also cool.
Kled reminds me a lot of Sir Dydmus from the Jim Henson movie, Labyrinth. Especially the Sir Kled skin. (not the voice, obviously, just the appearance)
He actually looks like a gremilin with a large beard and dumb white ears.
